Welcome to Shaiya VALORIA. By registering an account, downloading our game client, or using any of our website services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Account Eligibility and Security

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity originating from your account will be deemed your responsibility. Shaiya VALORIA reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines without prior notice.

2. Virtual Goods & Donations

Our platform operates as a free-to-play Shaiya MMORPG private server. Users may choose to purchase virtual points (e.g., "Points", "Coins", "Donation Tokens") to redeem virtual in-game items or premium services.
Crucial Notice: These virtual points and items are digital assets with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded for fiat currency, or transferred outside of our official infrastructure.

3. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat Policy

To preserve a fair gaming environment, the use of third-party software, automation tools (bots), macro scripts, memory editors, speed hacks, or exploiting bugs is strictly prohibited. We utilize server-side and client-side anti-cheat tools. Violation of this clause will result in an immediate and permanent hardware/IP ban, and all associated virtual assets will be forfeited.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

As a private server emulator, we strive to provide 24/7 uptime. However, we reserve the right to interrupt, modify, update, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, patches, or security enhancements. We are not liable for any temporary loss of access or data disruption during these periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Shaiya VALORIA, its staff, and administrators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game client, website, or server.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any operational disputes shall be interpreted and governed in compliance with standard international digital commerce regulations and the merchant policies governed by our payment processors (Stripe, Wise, Payoneer).
